In the early stage of making the lighting scheme for breadsociety, the designer conducted a field survey of the physical store. It was found that there were too small light spots in the bread racks, display cabinets, cake cabinets, and cashier counters in the store. The contrast between front and back light and dark was too large, the beam angle was too narrow, and glare needed to be improved.
Therefore, when the designer designed the lighting scheme for BreadSociety’s new store in COCO Park, Futian District, Shenzhen, the overall color temperature was 2800K-3000K as the “key tone”. The warm yellow light creates a warm atmosphere, and the light makes the baked bread look more delicious. . Use spotlights with different beam angles to create different lighting effects. Combining the design concept of dots, lines and planes, the overall store is bright and dark.
After communicating with the interior designer, 2800K high color rendering light strips were installed on the upper and lower levels of the cake cabinet and the bread cabinet to make the cake and bread in the cabinet full of light. At the same time, because the shop is a display method of floor-to-ceiling windows, the bread cabinet is also one of the most important things to attract customers to buy. In the upper part of the cabinet in this area, a 10.5W dimmable module spotlight is installed, so that the bread cabinet has a window-like accent lighting effect outside the floor-to-ceiling windows. The measured illuminance of the bread cabinet is 3-4 times higher than the horizontal level illuminance in the store, making the bread in the bread cabinet more attractive to customers. This modular spotlight is also installed in the cake cabinet.
There is no shelter in the dining and leisure area for customers, and it is connected to the sales area, so it cannot be too dark. The LED MR16 high-intensity series 7W dimmable reflector lamp is matched with a high color rendering lamp strip, and a little 10.5W modular spotlight light is added to achieve a perfect light transition.
The 36° 10.5W modular spotlight used above the cash register, matched with the white embedded square adjustable angle lamp, can effectively prevent glare. Bring customers a pleasant and comfortable shopping environment.
The kitchen uses a 4000K high-efficiency integrated anti-glare downlight. The chef faces a high-temperature and high-humidity environment in the kitchen, so taking this into consideration, the use of neutral white 4000K lights will make the chef feel more comfortable.
